Account Manager, Retail Solutions – San Diego, CA
The position of Account Manager, Retail Solutions, is an entry-level, San Diego-based, Inside Sales role slated to progress into Outside Sales and eventually Enterprise Sales. You will report to the Sr. Account Manager, Retail Solutions, who is responsible for business development, sales and support operations management in the U.S. for the TradeBeyond product line. Together he and you will represent the Company and contribute primarily to net new Customer growth.
More specifically to your day to day responsibilities, the following descriptions can be applied.
Work from the company office or remotely daily during normal agreed office hours
Heavy prospecting and cold calling with potential customers and prospects
Schedule a pre-agreed number of sales meetings per week including; customer meetings, conference calls and event attendance for outside sales team
Conducting customer pre-sales presentations via phone, web and in person
Focus on target account lists provided by team and technology partners although some independent sourcing will be required
Develop and deliver progress reports, pipeline reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Learn and document all activities utilizing the company CRM, Salesforce.com
